Bad day . . .
Yes, yesterday was a day not planned the moment my feet hit the floor. Nothing that was planned got done and the things that got done were things that I wish I would not have had to do. However, my day did end on a positive note and I was able to meet all my deadlines by midnight.
Whew! Talk about stress. Yes, that was my day.
It is good to know the that through all the ‘fun’ things that transpired during my 15 waking hours that I was able to do one thing . . .
Lean on my Father to get me through.
Proverbs 3:5 -6 says, “Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.”
It is amazing that I can reach in and grab a hold of something so sound, so strong, and so encouraging for my life just at the right moment that I need it.
I encourage you to lean more on the Father when times are tough or when you do not have full understanding of the circumstances at hand.
LIVE TODAY! and . . .
Keep smilin’ ~ Jenn
